What is a MAN?

I believe that mental health begins with definitions. What's your definition for the word man? Take a minute to write yours down or state it out loud before continuing. Did you define a man by his physical traits or what he does for a living. Don't worry this is how most people define a man. These things are effects of who he is.

According to the word of God a man is "the male sex that is focused on the causes regardless of the effects." I believe all males need to be taught to do the causes regardless of the effects. Any male that is focused on just getting effects is what we would call a boy.

In the upcoming articles we will discuss the process of becoming a mature Christian male. We will look at affirmation, masculinity, sex, step one, causes, and leadership. In other words we will look at how we ought to become a MAN.
