Samson Challenge

Tips for Success:

Warm-Up: Always start with a 5-10 minute warm-up (e.g., jogging in place, dynamic stretches).Form: Focus on proper form to avoid injury. If necessary, modify the exercises (e.g., knee pushups).Hydration: Drink plenty of water before, during, and after workouts.Listen to Your Body: If you experience pain (not just discomfort), stop and rest. Cool Down: End each session with a 5-10 minute cool-down and stretching routine.​Tracking Progress:Keep a workout

 

Journal to track your repetitions and how you feel after each workout.Adjust the program if needed based on your progress and physical condition.​This program should help build strength and endurance progressively. Make sure to consult with a healthcare professional before starting any new workout regimen, especially if you have any pre-existing conditions or concerns.

Week 1 - 2 Body Weight Beginner

Week 1 (MON - WED - FRI)

  • Squats: 2 sets of 10 reps

  • Push-ups: 2 sets of 5 reps 

  • Sit-ups: 2 sets of 10 reps

  • Squats: 3 sets of 10 reps

  • Push-ups: 3 sets of 6 reps 

  • Sit-ups: 3 sets of 12 reps

Squat Group

Week 3 - 4 Body weight intermedite 

Week 3 MON - WED - FRI 

Squats: 3 sets of 15 reps

Push-ups: 3 sets of 10 reps

Sit-ups: 3 sets of 20 reps

 

 

Week 4 MON - WED - FRI 

Squats: 3 sets of 20 reps

Push-ups: 3 sets of 12 reps

Sit-ups: 3 sets of 25 reps

Push-ups: 4 sets of 10 reps
Sit-ups: 4 sets of 20 reps

Week 5

Day 9: Rest

Week 6

Squats: 4 sets of 25 reps
Push-ups: 4 sets of 15 reps
Sit-ups: 4 sets of 30 reps

If you find you can easily perform more than the prescribed reps, consider increasing the weight slightly to ensure you continue to progress and build strength.
